Enjoyed my perfect 10/10 stay in the winter. The continental breakfast had lots of food. The single room had basic facilities you need, a personal safe, central heating, and a TV. Throughout the day staff were extremely friendly and very excellent. The hotel's location was magnificent, not far from Sarajevo from Feb 6th to Feb 8th, the mountains and roofs of the Old Town and the old town center...

The location of the hotel is particularly good. the staff is knowledgeable about Bosnian restaurants in the area. - the unit is wonderful and bright, equipped with a TV and a shower cubicle.

The hotel is in a great location, close to fabulous bars, restaurants, and cafes. the room had a nice bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer. It is also conveniently situated near the main square and the center of the old town.

As a solo traveler, the hotel I stayed at exceeded my expectations. I was in awe of the warm welcome and well-maintained facilities. The hotel's location is the heart of the historical center on the edge of the pedestrian zone, making it easy to explore with convenience. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast served was impressive. Additionally, the free and secure parking facilities were a bonus.
Everything is according to what I wanted and needed from this hotel.

Spent Christmas at this hotel, great location, close to everything, and easy to come and go to many places. Clean room and comfortable beds were great. The breakfast was included in the rate and was a nice touch. They provided secure parking for our rental car. The staff were friendly, welcoming and assisted with all questions.
The bathroom needed updating, as the toilet seat was broken, the shower tiles were showing age and needed to be replaced. , there was no hot water after 10 pm, which created issues when trying to take a shower after a late night out.
